Introducing Jumpboard:

Super charge your workout with this cardio-based jumpboard class! Reap the benefits of a cardio-based workout, while doing Pilates. This class utilizes the Pilates Jumpboard on the Reformer in various jumping positions. It targets the legs and the gluteus muscles as well as the abdominals. It incorporates arm-work and light stretches too! This is an intermediate/advanced class only! It requires a pre-requisite of 10 group reformer classes or teacher approval.
