- Mat Classes are open to all levels.
- Mat Class is a series of floor exercises, where the roots of Pilates first began. We utilize the original exercises that Joseph H. Pilates developed, and may incorporate small apparatus.
- Mat Classes are designed to tone the abdominal muscles, and increase overall strength and flexibility. Mat Class students are encouraged to challenge their coordination skills, and to improve balance and control. The result is a leaner, longer, and stronger body.
- Skill level will be adjusted for beginner students who need to work at a slower pace. Please listen to your body and refrain from doing anything that causes discomfort or pain. Mat Classes can be challenging, but fun too!
