Our Private and Shared Sessions include weight-bearing exercises to strengthen the entire musculature of the body, especially the core; as well as strengthening the postural muscles. Our functional spring-resistance training will also lengthen and stretch the muscles to increase flexibility. The result is a stronger, longer, and leaner body; and a supple and healthier spine.
