All Private and Shared Sessions are by appointment only.

Group Reformer Classes require a reservation.

No reservations are required for Mat Classes.

Please call in advance to schedule a class. Calling as soon as possible will assure you the best choice of appointment times.

All classes are one hour in duration.

STUDIO HOURS:(actual class times not included)

7:00 am – 9:15 pm (Monday and Wednesday)
7:00 am – 9:00 pm (Tuesday and Thursday)
7:30 am – 8:00 pm (Friday)
8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Saturday)
8:30 am – 2:30 pm (Sunday)

OFFICE HOURS:

3:00 pm – 7:00 pm (Monday through Friday)

Messages may be left on the studio voice mail 24 hours a day.

Calls will be returned as soon as possible.
